Embroidery - Embroidery is the embellishment of fabric or garments with a decorative design made up from a series of stitches. Whereas traditionally this was done by hand, now, most embroidery work is done using computerised machines. Embroidery is durable, versatile and offers a unique and professional finish; it is an ideal alternative to printing especially for uniform and work wear when garments are intended to be used in an industrial setting or for bespoke promotional wear that you want to give a personal touch.

We welcome orders of all sizes, all of our embroidery is completed in house using state of the art machines which are designed for commercial, high-output production. They produce speeds of up to 1500 stitches per minute, fully automatic thread tensioning, laser light positioning, sewing field up to 330 x 300mm, all this adds up to the most powerful and most productive embroidery machines available. Our machines advanced technology and our personal customer service is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Direct to Garment Printing - Our direct to garment printers are the perfect solution for fast and economic production of high quality printed garments. DTG printing allows gradients, unlimited colours and fine details making it possible to print t-shirts with unlimited colours and designs, it is even possible to print a photo. We use textile inks that produce vivid professional prints with excellent washability.

The alternative to DTG, is screen printing, however it has setup costs associated with setting up screens, mixing inks and preparing artwork for print. DTG t-shirt printing is much more accessible for lower volumes and those not used to vector artwork conversion. You can send us a picture and we’ll print it on just one t-shirt. We won't charge a setup cost and there is no minimum order. DTG prints sit 'in' the fabric not on it - they feel very high quality and are a great way to decorate a t-shirt.

Cad Cut Vinyl Printing - Vinyl printing is very similar to transfer printing, except it is only suitable for designs or 1 or 2 colours. The process involves cutting out your designs, logos, shapes, names or numbers from a special vinyl material. The designs are cut using our industrial vinyl cutting plotters. It enables 1 or 2 colour designs and logos to be printed very quickly and is a great option for names and numbers on promotional clothing and printed sports clothing.

Cad Cut vinyl printing is ideal for low-quantity T-Shirt runs, workwear, sports clothing (such as football and rugby tops) where you need names and numbers. It's also perfect if you're looking to create simple T-Shirts and vests as well as promotional clothing, one-off promotional T-Shirts and stag and hen do T-Shirts. We can use Vinyl T-Shirt printing to print on both light and dark garments and can also be used on other items for clothing such as hats, jumpers and much more.

Sublimation Printing - Sublimation is the chemical process which separates it from any other form of digital printing. When sublimation inks are heated, they turn into a gas and form a permanent bond to 100% polyester fabric or items that have a polymer coating. The ink molecules revert to a solid state upon cooling. The result is a premium full colour, photographic quality image that will not crack, peel or wash away from the substrate. Using sublimation we can supply a wide selection of products, these include metal, ceramics UniSub plastics and products and glass items all specially pre-coated and therefore, sublimation receptive. Polyester mousemats and jigsaws plus T-shirts with a polyester content can also be decorated. We regularly research and add new printable products to our range so the scope continually increases.
